Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage monthly Indian payroll administration and ensure timely closure (in-house payroll processing) for a headcount of 15,000+ employees.
  • Handle statutory remittances including PF and ESIC with accuracy and within prescribed timelines.
  • Oversee compliance management with labor laws and statutory regulations.
  • Monitor and manage attendance records to ensure accuracy in payroll inputs.
  • Administer employee life cycle processes (ELC) including mediclaim management and employee confirmations.
  • Conduct frequent reviews of minimum wage notifications/changes to ensure alignment with statutory requirements.
  • Manage pilferage and performance incentive disbursement in line with organizational policies.
  • Facilitate timely statutory bonus disbursement as per legal requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee consultant agreement renewals to ensure continuity and compliance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Education: Any Graduate.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Indian payroll management, specifically with in-house payroll processing for organizations handling 5,000+ employees.
