Key Responsibilities: Assist in screening resumes and coordinating interviews. Maintain HR documentation and employee records. Support the onboarding and exit process of employees. Help organize internal activities and employee engagement initiatives. Coordinate with candidates and team leads for interview scheduling. Contribute to maintaining HR databases and reports. Learn and use basic HR tools and platforms under guidance.

Who Can Apply: Fresh graduates, final-year students, or anyone looking to begin a career in HR - Any department with strong passion (MBA -HR is added advantage) Good communication skills in Tamil and English (Mandatory). Organized, reliable, and detail-focused and responsible is important. Willingness to learn and handle responsibilities professionally. Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Al tools, CRM).

Additional languages and people-handling skills are a plus.
