Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Onboarding & Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end onboarding process, salary processing coordination, and core HR operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth employee integration while supporting daily HR functions and maintaining compliance and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Onboarding

Handle all pre-joining formalities: offer letter issuance, background verification, and document collection.

Manage Day 1 joining process: document verification, welcome kit distribution, account & ID setup.

Conduct induction and orientation programs in coordination with department heads.

Ensure complete HRMS setup and proper documentation of all employee data.

Be the single point of contact for all onboarding-related queries and support.

Salary Processing Coordination

Collect and verify salary-related documents (bank details, PAN, tax forms, etc.).

Share accurate input with payroll team for monthly salary processing.

Address and resolve salary and payroll-related queries from new joiners.

Assist in maintaining payroll records and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.).

HR Operations

Maintain employee files (physical and digital), ensuring up-to-date records.

Generate HR reports: joining status, attrition, documentation compliance, etc.

Assist in the management of employee lifecycle events such as confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

Support leave and attendance tracking via HRMS tools.

Coordinate with IT/Admin for new hire assets (laptops, access cards, email IDs, etc.).

Ensure all HR processes are compliant with internal policies and local labor laws.

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

Familiarity with HRMS and payroll systems.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Knowledge of Indian HR compliance requirements and basic labor laws.

Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
