Key Responsibilities:

Core HR operations
payroll coordination
induction and onboarding programs
RAG status, shrinkage, and manpower reports
employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives
employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports
point of contact for employee queries and concerns
employee grievances professionally and within defined TAT
grievance meetings, document cases, and ensure proper escalation & closure
HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws
manpower planning and productivity tracking
performance management and disciplinary processes

Required Skills:

Core HR, Payroll, Onboarding, Grievance Handling, and HR Operations
coordination, communication, and conflict resolution skills
MS Excel, HRIS tools, and reporting
sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
