Key Responsibilities:

  • Core HR operations

  • payroll coordination

  • induction and onboarding programs

  • RAG status, shrinkage, and manpower reports

  • employee engagement activities, events, and HR initiatives

  • employee records, HR documentation, and MIS reports

  • point of contact for employee queries and concerns

  • employee grievances professionally and within defined TAT

  • grievance meetings, document cases, and ensure proper escalation & closure

  • HR policies, SOPs, and labor laws

  • manpower planning and productivity tracking

  • performance management and disciplinary processes


Required Skills:

  • Core HR, Payroll, Onboarding, Grievance Handling, and HR Operations

  • coordination, communication, and conflict resolution skills

  • MS Excel, HRIS tools, and reporting

  • sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism
