Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate
salary breakups
for new hires as per company CTC structure.
Handle full-cycle
payroll processing
including salary inputs, attendance, overtime, incentives, deductions, and statutory components.
Manage
employee onboarding formalities
, documentation, and data entry in HRMS.
Verify and maintain
employee records
, salary revisions, promotions, and transfers.
Ensure compliance with
statutory laws
: PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Income Tax (TDS), etc.
Coordinate with finance for monthly payout and reconciliation.
Address employee queries related to payslips, deductions, reimbursements, and payroll clarifications.
Assist in preparing
HR reports/MIS
for management.
Support
exit process
, final settlements, and relieving documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of payroll data and employee information.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
CTC structure, salary components, and payroll calculations
.
Hands-on experience with
HRMS/Payroll software
(any).
Good understanding of statutory rules (PF, ESI, Taxation).
Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas).
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work with tight timelines.
