Job Title: HR Operations Executive / HR Operations Specialist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full Time

Experience: 1.5 to 4 years

Job Summary

HR Operations professional

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and personnel files
  • Support payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required

Onboarding

  • Handle end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
  • Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation
  • Coordinate background verification and document verification
  • Conduct HR induction and ensure smooth employee integration

Offboarding

  • Manage employee exit processes including resignation acceptance and documentation
  • Coordinate exit formalities such as clearance, final settlements, and system access revocation
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain exit data reports
  • Ensure timely issuance of experience and relieving letters

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, CLRA, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
  • Maintain statutory registers, records, and audit documentation
  • Coordinate with consultants for statutory filings and inspections
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and HR compliance norms

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards as required
  • Support internal and external HR audits
  • Maintain SOPs and process documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in HR Operations, Onboarding, Offboarding, and Compliance
  • Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS/HRIS tools
