Job Summary:

HR professional


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end

    Onboarding

    including documentation, induction, and employee file management.
  • Handle

    Exit Formalities

    such as resignations, clearance, and full & final settlements.
  • Payroll processing

    including salary, deductions, overtime, reimbursements, and incentives.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to

    PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable labour laws

    , including timely filings and returns.
  • Maintain and update

    employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave management systems

    .
  • Prepare and issue HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.).
  • Administer

    Mediclaim insurance

    – enrolment, claims processing, and employee support.
  • Generate

    regular HR reports

    (Payroll MIS, Attrition, Headcount, Leave balance, Statutory, etc.) for management.
  • Support compliance audits, inspections, and internal HR audits.
  • Address

    employee queries and grievances

    related to payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Coordinate with Finance and other departments for payroll inputs, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.


Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of

    Payroll, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    HRMS / Payroll software

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Excel

    and report generation.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in handling plant related HR activities will be a added advantage for this position.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA/Postgraduate in

    HR

  • 4 – 6 years of proven experience in

    HR Operations, Payroll & Statutory Compliance

    .
