Job Description

Role Overview

  • Manage employee lifecycle processes including Onboarding & BGV.
  • Maintain and update employee records accurately in HRIS and internal databases.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports using Excel and HRIS tools.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Support data validation and coordinate Internal HR teams for smooth processing.

Required Skills & Experience

  • MBA in HR preferred.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
