Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HR & Operations Executive. Own day-to-day HR & operations and be the founder’s executor. You’ll run hiring, manage projects, track finance & compliance, manage founder’s inbox/calendar.

Qualifications

1-4 years in HR/operations/admin in a software or tech company.
Strong English; crisp, bullet-style communication.
Google Sheets/Excel (SUMIF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PIVOT).
Willingness to learn fast.
Interest in adapting AI tools.
High discretion; comfort working next to the founder, interrupting for urgencies.
In-office availability (Coimbatore).
