HR Operations - Madurai

As an HR Generalist with 4-6 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key aspects of human resource management. Your primary duties will include conducting smooth onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the organization. Additionally, you will be tasked with planning employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and address any concerns that may arise. You will play a crucial role in supporting performance management activities, including aiding in appraisals and developing productivity improvement plans. Ensuring compliance with labor laws and updating company policies will be essential parts of your responsibilities. Organizing training sessions and skill development programs to enhance employee capabilities will also fall within your purview. Managing the exit process, including resignations, exit interviews, and final settlements, will be a key part of your role. We are looking for a candidate with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end HR operations, who can work independently and has hands-on experience with PF, ESI, and Challans Generation. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple HR functions autonomously. Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is crucial, as is proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
