We’re expanding our all-India team and looking for an HR Operations & Community Lead to strengthen our remote-first ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end HR operations including talent processes, engagement, and community coordination.
• Build and manage virtual HR initiatives that foster belonging and professional development.
• Partner with leadership to align people practices with organizational goals.
• Design frameworks for remote culture, communication, and collaboration excellence.
• Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership within the myHRSG community.

What We’re Looking For

• 4–7 years of HR experience with proven leadership or cross-functional exposure.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills in a remote environment.
• Passion for community building, learning, and innovation in the HR space.
