Job description:

HR Operations Associate – US Process: "Responsible for supporting US People Operations through effective coordination, process management, and communication with cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth and compliant workflow execution on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis."

• Maintain clear, professional, and timely communication (reading and writing) with the US-based teams and internal departments.
• Understand and interpret instructions, policies, and workflow updates shared by the US team.
• Escalate any discrepancies or issues promptly with proper documentation.
• Quickly grasp and document existing processes, workflows, and systems used in the US operations.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes as per US HR guidelines.
• Maintain employee records accurately in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) platforms.
• Follow compliance standards relevant to US labor laws and company policies.
• Update process documents and workflow charts regularly based on changes suggested by the US team.
• Stay updated on changes in US HR practices, federal and state laws.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Skills Needed:

• Excellent English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
• Good understanding of HR, compliance, and operational workflows (preferred US market).
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Strong coordination, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Graduation
• Two year experience candidates preferred with the same process.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
