Shift Lead - US Process

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage HR and talent-related daily tasks, including checking work, understanding processes, and guiding the team to keep things accurate and consistent.
• Help reduce mistakes by reminding the team to follow standard steps and best practices.
• Work closely with the U.S. team to learn about any new processes and share updates with your team.
• Handle several tasks at once, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with other teams to make sure any policy or process changes are shared and followed smoothly.
• Support and guide team members to create a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Solve team problems in a helpful and respectful way, encouraging open and honest communication.
• Set clear goals for the team and give regular feedback and support.
• Spot possible issues early and work with the team to find smart solutions.
• Experience with systems like WellSky and Paylocity is a plus.

• Good at managing several projects at once and getting them done on time.
• Communicates well and works easily with the U.S. team and other important contacts.
• Always looking for ways to improve processes and make work more efficient.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
