Operations Team Lead – US Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily backend operations tasks (HR, Talent, QA, Billing & Scheduling related), ensuring accuracy and consistency across the team.
• Guide team members on standard procedures and best practices to reduce errors.
• Coordinate with the U.S. team to stay updated on new processes and share them with the team.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ensure smooth communication of policy and process changes across teams.
• Support and mentor team members to maintain a positive and collaborative work culture.
• Address team concerns professionally and promote open, respectful communication.
• Set clear team goals and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Identify potential issues early and work with the team to find effective solutions.
• Familiarity with platforms like WellSky, RingCentral and Paylocity is a strong advantage.

• Proven experience in leading teams within a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and ease of collaboration with U.S.-based teams and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
