Handle several tasks at once, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Communicate with other teams to make sure any policy or process changes are shared and followed smoothly. Support and guide team members to create a positive and cooperative work environment. Solve team problems in a helpful and respectful way, encouraging open and honest communication. Set clear goals for the team and give regular feedback and support. Spot possible issues early and work with the team to find smart solutions. Experience with systems like WellSky and Paylocity is a plus. Profile Requirements : Has solid experience leading teams in a busy and fast-changing work environment. Good at managing several projects at once and getting them done on time. Communicates well and works easily with the U.S. team and other important contacts. Always looking for ways to improve processes and make work more efficient. Pays close attention to detail and follows quality and compliance rules.
