Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Send onboarding links, joining forms, and required documentation to new joiners.
  • Coordinate with new employees to guide them through the onboarding process and resolve queries.
  • Collect, verify, and validate employee details and supporting documents.
  • Create employee codes for new joiners in the HRMS system.
  • Upload background verification (BGV) reports on HRMS post verification.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and employee data in HR systems.
  • Ensure onboarding processes comply with company policies and timelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR preferred)
  • Good communication skills
  • South language proficiency (Telugu preferred)

  • Knowledge of HR onboarding/HRMS is an added advantage
