Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Calculate, verify, and process all mandatory salary deductions.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting and screening to conducting interviews.
  • Execute comprehensive onboarding and offboarding procedures.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records, including attendance and leave balances in HRIS.
  • Generate essential monthly HR reports on metrics such as headcount and turnover (if needed).
  • Coordinate with any other employee engagement activities.
  • Any other ad-hoc support.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS and specialized Payroll Software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work based in Mumbai, India.
