Sales Manager (Work based in Mumbai)

Responsibilities

• Coaching and developing your team to enable their high performance.
• Visibly demonstrate conflict resolution and cross-department collaboration.
• Translate and embed the company strategy and goals for your team.
• Oversee customer pipeline and increase win ratio.
• Understand market changes and translate them into opportunities for your team.
• Represent RCL towards customers and the industry at the highest levels.
• Sign off on team development and business goals to ensure they are driving desired outcomes.
• Represent the customers’ needs and interests internally whilst representing RCL externally.
• Identify and develop talent within the location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business.
• Should have 8-10 years of experience in Liner Shipping Sales.
• The minimum academic qualification should be a graduation. Post-graduates in shipping, International business, and logistics will be preferred.
