Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process to ensure timely and accurate payments. Calculate, verify, and process all mandatory salary deductions. Manage the complete recruitment process, from job posting and screening to conducting interviews. Execute comprehensive onboarding and offboarding procedures. Maintain and update accurate employee records, including attendance and leave balances in HRIS. Generate essential monthly HR reports on metrics such as headcount and turnover (if needed). Coordinate with any other employee engagement activities. Any other ad-hoc support. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on payroll administration. Proficiency in using HRIS and specialized Payroll Software. Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to maintain confidentiality. Able to work based in Mumbai, India.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience 12+ years in HR management, preferably in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, performance management, payroll, compensation & benefits), employment laws, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into HR initiatives. Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity. Good command of MS Office applications.
