HR Officer

As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for various functions within the HR department. Your duties will include end-to-end recruitment, managing onboarding and exit formalities, preparing attendance and salary reports, facilitating employee engagement activities, and overseeing performance management and evaluations. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA qualification and have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
