HR Officer

Role Overview: As a member of the HR department, your role will primarily involve filling positions within the organization, designing and implementing recruiting systems, developing a network of suitable candidates, handling administration and record-keeping, working with organizations to develop recruitment plans, executing recruitment plans efficiently, drafting and posting job descriptions, interviewing candidates, preparing job offers, and networking with various institutions and social media.
