1. Recruit Welders, Sheet metal technicians, Fitters, Turners, Machinist
2. Develop helpers/freshers into semi-skilled workers and staff capable of carrying out their job functions independently
3. Monitor employee development with regards to individual aspirations and company requirements
4. Ensure statutory compliance and conduct disciplinary hearings where required
5. Facilitate community/company/department level team building programs
1. Experience in knowing and using multiple channels for hiring workers, staff
2. Have contacts with Training technicians to up skill unskilled workers, staff
3. Knowledge of Spoken and Written Hindi, Tamil required
4. Exposure to NATS, BOAT programs plus
5. Prior record of organizing Corporate level/Department level/Individual welfare/development programs
