Key Deliverables of the Role

HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, team outings, and annual picnics.
  
• Drive fun-at-work initiatives to foster a collaborative workplace culture.
  
• Conduct training programs and coordinate development initiatives.
  

2. HR Operations

• Maintain and update the HR scorecard by meeting agreed metrics.
  
• Manage HR-related procurement activities.
  
• Handle vendor payments and ensure compliance with company processes.
  

3. Administration & Facility Management

• Coordinate cab services and employee transportation.
  
• Manage housekeeping and security operations for the office.
  
• Liaise with vendors for facilities and service requirements.
  

4. Vendor Management

• Identify, negotiate, and manage service providers for transportation, housekeeping, and other facility-related needs.
  
• Ensure timely renewal of contracts and quality service delivery.

5. Compliance & Statutory (Shops & Establishments)

• Ensure compliance with Local Labour Laws and Shops & Establishments Act requirements.
  
• Maintain statutory registers and records as per applicable laws.
  
• Handle periodic returns, inspections, and audits.
  
• Coordinate with consultants for PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other statutory filings
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related field.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, employee engagement, and administration.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and ensure timely service delivery.
  
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HRMS tools.
