About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead key human resource functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, and engagement. This role will play a critical part in shaping a high-performance culture and supporting our scaling team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment (IT & non-IT) including sourcing, screening, and interviewing

Design and oversee effective onboarding programs that ensure high engagement from Day 1

Plan, implement, and evaluate employee training and development strategies

Drive initiatives around employee engagement, team-building, and internal communications

Manage HR documentation, compliance, and reporting processes

Lead performance management processes, reviews, and growth planning

Partner with leadership to address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment

Streamline HR operations and work cross-functionally with all departments

Requirements

5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role

Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Strong understanding of HR operations, Indian labor laws, and compliance

Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and decision-making skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Experience working in dynamic environments such as startups or tech companies

Nice to Have

Experience implementing or managing HRMS platforms

Formal certification in HR management or strategic HR practices

Exposure to scaling HR functions in high-growth companies
