Now, we need a smart, values-driven HR Manager who can help us structure, staff, and support the mission— without losing the soul of it . What You’ll Do Own the entire employee lifecycle : hiring, onboarding, performance, exits Build out an internal HR infrastructure (Zoho People, Zoho Recruit, or similar) Manage job postings, pipelines, interviews, and offers across all departments Handle compliance, contracts, and documentation for Indian and international team members Work closely with founders and department heads to build departments from scratch Lead culture-building initiatives and HR rituals (reviews, town halls, team well-being check-ins) Help craft policies that feel like they were written by humans, not robots What We’re Looking For 4+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience (startup experience = ++) Ability to hire for sales, ops, faculty, clinical, and creative roles Strong command of Indian labor laws, EPFO, ESIC, and basic contracts Familiarity with tools like Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, BambooHR , or equivalent Exceptional written communication skills (you’ll draft offer letters, SOPs, etc.) A mix of systems thinking and people empathy Someone who can stay calm in ambiguity and help us turn vision into clean execution Bonus: interest in wellness, yoga, healthcare, or education Why Join Us We’re not a boring HR desk job—we’re building something meaningful Work directly with visionary founders and senior leadership Help build a 100+ person HQ that feels energized, aligned, and kind Offices in Delhi NCR + Rishikesh (occasional travel optional) We believe in clarity, accountability, and humanity You’ll have room to grow into Head of People Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Weekend availability Experience: total work: 4 years (Required) Work Location: Remote
