Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training and development, performance management, and company policy implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals
· Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
· Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary actions
· Maintain HR records and ensure legal compliance with labour laws
· Design and execute training programs for employee development
· Develop and implement performance evaluation systems
· Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives
· Handle payroll management and employee benefits
· Ensure smooth HR operations and continuous improvement of HR processes
Collaborate with management on strategic planning and workforce development
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
