Job Description

Role: Manager -HR Employee Relations


Location: Indore (MP)


Roles and Responsibilities:

Case Management

  • Handle employee relations cases such as:
  • Performance issues (PIPs)
  • Misconduct or behavioral issues
  • Grievances and complaints
  • Harassment and discrimination allegations
  • Attendance / absenteeism issues


Investigations

  • Conduct

    fair, thorough, and confidential

    workplace investigations.
  • Interview complainants, witnesses, and respondents.
  • Gather and analyze evidence (emails, messages, reports, etc.).
  • Prepare detailed investigation summaries and findings.


Performance & Conduct Management

  • Support managers in handling underperformance:
  • Drafting and managing

    Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs)

    .
  • Coaching on feedback delivery and documentation.
  • Advise on

    disciplinary actions

    (warnings, suspensions, terminations).


Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure consistent application of company policies, employee handbooks, and local labor laws.


Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Promote positive employee relations through proactive initiatives.
  • Identify systemic issues from ER cases and suggest cultural improvements.


Use HR case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow HR, Workday ER.
