Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the
end-to-end recruitment process
, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and final selection.
Design and execute
onboarding programs
to ensure new hires feel welcome, informed, and prepared for their roles.
Conduct engaging and informative
employee induction sessions
to introduce company values, policies, and culture.
Provide ongoing
guidance and clarification on company policies
, ensuring compliance and understanding across the workforce.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with legal and organizational requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing HR-related queries promptly and effectively.
Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes for better employee experience and organizational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience
in HR with a focus on onboarding, induction, recruitment, and policy communication.
Strong understanding of HR laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
