Job Description

Role & responsibilities The HR Manager will be a vital member of the Safa Baitul Maal team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of all HR functions. This role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including: Drive Workplace Culture: Lead initiatives to foster a strong, inclusive, and high-performing culture, ensuring that our values are deeply embedded across the organization. Talent Strategy & Acquisition: Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract, hire, and retain top talent, aligning with our objectives and growth targets. Performance Management: Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews, ensuring alignment with organization goals and fostering a high-performance culture. Organizational Development: Design and implement organizational structures and talent strategies that support our needs and drive operational excellence. Employee Engagement: Implement targeted engagement programs and recognition initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, proactively addressing concerns to maintain a motivated workforce. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with all labor laws and regulations. Supporting Strategic Decision-Making: Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions. HR Systems & Technology: Manage and optimize HR systems and technology to improve HR function and data-driven decision making. Policy Development: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that align with best practices and support a fair, inclusive workplace. Preferred candidate profile Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, systems, and statutory compliance requirements. Prior exposure to the non-governmental organization (NGO) sector or mission-driven work environments is highly desirable. Proficiency in using technology-based HR management system. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
