3 to 6 years

Salary:

Up to ₹30,000 per monthWe are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR functions and ensure smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Maintain HR policies, attendance, and payroll records.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Conduct training sessions, appraisals, and performance reviews.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).

Requirements

3–6 years of HR experience.
Strong understanding of HR operations and labor laws.
Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in handling a team is a plus.
