Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Jaipur. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Additionally, the HR Manager will manage the recruitment and selection process, oversee and manage a performance appraisal system, ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management, and act as a bridge between management and employees to address grievances or other issues.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases, HR best practices, and labor law
• Experience with recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management
• Ability to develop and oversee HR initiatives and systems
• Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is a plus
