Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Healthcare Claims Associate. The Healthcare Claims Associate will be responsible for handling and processing medical claims promptly and accurately, ensuring that each claim adheres to health insurance policies and legal requirements. Daily tasks include reviewing and verifying patient medical records, coding diagnoses and procedures, communicating with healthcare providers, resolving claim discrepancies, and maintaining up-to-date records in the claims management system. Collaboration with other departments to clarify information and streamline processes is also part of the role. Qualifications Experience in handling and processing healthcare claims Knowledge of medical terminology and coding procedures Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using claims management software and other relevant tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or higher in health administration, medical billing, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
