Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Healthcare Claims Associate located in Bengaluru. The Healthcare Claims Associate will be responsible for processing and evaluating healthcare claims, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of claim forms, interfacing with healthcare providers for obtaining required documents, verifying patient eligibility and coverage, and maintaining detailed records of claims activities. The role also includes investigating discrepancies and resolving issues related to claims processing. Qualifications Experience in claims processing and understanding of healthcare claims regulations Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in using claims management software and other relevant computer applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus Show more Show less
