HR Manager

As a Head HR in the Renewable Energy Sector located in Thaltej, Ahmedabad, your role involves leading and managing the entire HR function for the company. Your key responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end recruitment across India for various roles and levels. - Developing and implementing HR policies, systems, and strategies aligned with organizational goals. Overseeing onboarding, induction, training, and employee development programs. - Driving employee engagement initiatives to build a strong, motivated workforce. - Advising management and employees on HR-related matters. - Maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws. To qualify for this position, you should be a Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in a core HR role.
