Key Responsibilities: Manpower Planning & Costing : Forecast and plan manpower requirements; prepare manpower budgets and costing. Recruitment & On boarding : Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, selection, induction, and orientation of employees. Performance Management : Implement scientific appraisal programs; support performance reviews and career development plans. Training & Development : Identify employee training needs; coordinate learning and development programs. Employee Engagement & Surveys : Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and recommend action plans. Payroll & Compliance : Prepare payroll, salary statements, salary slips, and Form 16. Handle overtime calculations, attendance, leave management, and biometric records. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, gratuity, professional tax, etc.). Documentation & Communication : Maintain HR records and documentation; draft HR circulars, policies, and notices. Budgeting & Reporting : Prepare employee-related budgets; generate reports for management. HR Software Management : Operate and manage payroll/HR software effectively for smooth operations. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Core HR Management or related field. Strong knowledge of HR functions, statutory compliance, and payroll processes. Proficiency in HR/payroll software and MS Office. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee issues sensitively.
