HR Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and mature HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, recruitment, and employee engagement. You will play a key role in building a positive work culture, managing HR processes, and ensuring smooth operations across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor the HR team.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR management.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mature, professional, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
