Job Description

As an HR Manager, your role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. You will bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues. Your responsibilities will include managing the recruitment and selection process, supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
