Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. The candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR policy implementation, and ensure regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is people-oriented, data-driven, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process across all departments
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Develop and monitor overall HR systems, strategies, and procedures across the organization
• Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure timely evaluations
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements
• Manage training and development programs
• Organize employee engagement activities to improve culture and retention
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Executive (1–3 years preferred)
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Strong understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
