The Metallurgist will be responsible for examining the properties and structure of metals, troubleshooting metal-related issues, conducting tests, and overseeing the manufacturing process of Cylinder Liners & Sleeves. The candidate will work closely with the production team to ensure the highest quality standards and efficiency in production processes.

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive, located in Rajkot. The HR Executive will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Executive will also assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements Skilled in maintaining employee records and HR administration Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to develop and implement HR policies Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities: Conduct metallurgical testing of SG & CI castings (microstructure analysis, hardness, tensile, impact, etc.) Perform chemical analysis of molten metal using spectrometer and wet analysis methods Ensure metallurgical properties meet required standards and customer specifications Prepare and maintain metallurgical reports and records of test results Monitor inoculation, nodularity, and other metallurgical parameters during production Investigate metallurgical failures and suggest corrective actions Support process improvements for casting quality and yield enhancement Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of lab equipment (spectrometer, microscope, hardness tester, etc.) Co-ordinate with production and quality teams for continuous quality improvement Skills Required: Knowledge of SG Iron & CI casting metallurgy Hands-on experience in metallurgical lab instruments (Spectrometer, Microscope, Hardness Tester, etc.) Understanding of foundry processes, solidification, and heat treatment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Report preparation and documentation skills Good communication and teamwork ability Salary Range: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Provident Fund Work Location: In person
