Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager, located in Tiruvalla. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, managing employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role includes facilitating training and development programs, managing payroll and benefits, and addressing employee grievances.

Qualifications

Experience of atleast 5 years in Recruitment, Hiring, and Employee Onboarding
Ability to Develop and Implement HR Policies and Procedures
Strong Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution Skills
Proficiency in Payroll Management and Benefits Administration
Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
