Job Description

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the HR department in Ernakulam, with 6-9 years of experience. As the main point of contact for all business group employees, you will handle HR-related inquiries, conduct 1-on-1 meetings with employees, and generate various reports such as Attendance, Attrition, and People Pulse. You will also be in charge of maintaining internal trackers and the HRIS system, as well as overseeing Travel & Training across the organization and statutory filing compliance. Additionally, you will manage employee benefits, compensation, morale, and company culture, collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing effective HR strategies. Post Graduates, preferably with an MBA in HR, and 3-4 years of prior experience in core HR management are desired. Excellent communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices are essential. The ideal candidate should be energetic, passionate about employee satisfaction, and able to work independently while multitasking effectively.
