HR Manager- Recruitment & Operations

Role Overview: You will be the HR Manager responsible for leading Talent Acquisition and managing HR Operations. Your role will involve driving recruitment initiatives, ensuring smooth HR processes, and enhancing employee engagement within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. - Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through job portals, referrals, and networking. - Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates. - Conduct salary negotiations, reference checks, and ensure smooth joining. - Track and report recruitment metrics such as TAT and cost-per-hire. - Manage employee lifecycle processes like onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities. - Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and labour laws. - Handle performance management process and support managers with appraisals. - Drive employee engagement activities and handle employee relations/grievances. - Maintain HRMIS/employee database with accurate records. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. - Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, HR practices, and compliance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/HRMS.,
