Description
As a Human Resources (HR) professional, your responsibilities will include various key areas of HR management as outlined below: Recruitment & Staffing: You will collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs, create and share job descriptions, screen applications, conduct interviews, and select suitable candidates. Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding and orientation processes for new hires. Employee Records Management: Your role will involve maintaining current personnel files both digitally and physically, ensuring the confidentiality of employee data, and complying with labor laws related to record-keeping. Performance Management: You will support in establishing performance goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), organize annual/quarterly performance appraisals, and assist managers in providing employee feedback and creating improvement plans. Training & Development: Identifying skill gaps, conducting training needs assessments, arranging workshops, seminars, and training sessions, and keeping track of employee development programs will be part of your responsibilities. Policy Development & Compliance: You will be responsible for drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to labor and employment laws, and updating policies to align with regulatory or organizational changes. Employee Engagement & Relations: Your role will involve fostering a positive work culture through team-building activities, addressing employee grievances, facilitating conflict resolution, and supporting internal communication and feedback channels. Attendance & Leave Management: Monitoring employee attendance, managing leave applications, approvals, and records, and ensuring compliance with the leave policy will also be part of your duties. Exit Management: Handling resignation, termination, and retirement procedures, conducting exit interviews, processing full & final settlements, and ensuring knowledge transfer and asset recovery during employee exits will be crucial tasks. HR Reporting & Analytics: You will prepare reports on headcount, attrition rates, recruitment status, and other relevant metrics. Additionally, you will analyze trends to assist in strategic workforce planning and decision-making. This position is offered as a Full-time, Permanent role with paid time off benefits.
