HR Manager

As a senior HR professional, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and supervising the HR operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations across all departments. Acting as a trusted advisor to department heads, you will provide expert guidance on all HR-related matters. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with various statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, Welfare fund, PT, Tax, and other applicable labor laws. You will conduct audits to guarantee adherence to regulations like PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, PCB, Factories, fire and safety, POSH, etc. Collaborating with external consultants, auditors, and legal teams will be essential to meet compliance requirements. Additionally, maintaining data accuracy, generating reports, and implementing HR SOPs across all HR and Admin functions will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should hold an MBA/PGDM in HR with at least 5-10 years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the hospitality industry (Hotel/Resorts). Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial, along with proficiency in Excel, HR analytics, reporting, and presentations. Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive and result-oriented approach will be key to success. Creating a positive work environment by promptly addressing employee grievances and disciplinary issues is another aspect of this role.
