With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, the company's expertise lies in providing complete rinsing, filling, capping, packaging, and labeling solutions across various product types.

Role Description

This is a full-time HR Manager role, located on-site in the Greater Rajkot Area. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing HR strategies aligned with company goals, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Key responsibilities include employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and handling workplace conflict resolution. The HR Manager will also support training and development programs and partner with leadership on talent management initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee onboarding processes
Experience in workforce planning, employee performance management, and engagement strategies
Proficiency in conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal relationship management
Detailed knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and organizational policies
Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
