About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

• Design competitive compensation and benefits packages
• Lead and support recruitment teams with data-driven strategies
• Source qualified candidates through job portals and coordinate interviews
• Track recruitment metrics and analyze effectiveness

2. Onboarding & HR Operations:

• Conduct pre-joining formalities and implement onboarding programs
• Coordinate with internal teams for joining preparations
• Ensure smooth employee integration and support

3. Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate employee registration under PF, ESI, PT, etc.
• Maintain statutory registers and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with auditors and legal consultants

4. Communication & Interpersonal:

• Handle job offers and client communications
• Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu

5. HR Development & Strategy:

• Develop and implement fair HR policies
• Execute performance review procedures
• Plan employee training & development programs
• Manage employee grievances and optimize HR resources

Requirements & Skills:

• MBA in Human Resources Management or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS tools
• Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance
• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
