Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic HR Generalist who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment, employee engagement, compliance support, and day-to-day HR operations. The role also involves guiding and supervising a junior HR resource while ensuring smooth coordination with departmental managers.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to selection, negotiation, and closure.
Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower needs and finalize hiring requirements.
Conduct screening, interviews, reference checks, and maintain hiring pipelines.
Handle onboarding, documentation, and induction processes for new hires.
Manage employee concerns by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining healthy workplace communication.
Support statutory and compliance activities in coordination with consultants or internal teams.
Drive employee engagement activities, celebrations, and periodic team interactions.
Maintain HR records including attendance, leaves, confirmations, and documentation updates.
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and updates for management review.
Guide and supervise a junior HR team member to ensure timely completion of HR tasks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

58 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive handling recruitment and HR operations.
Strong understanding of sourcing, selection, and employee lifecycle management.
Good knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, people-handling, and conflict resolution skills
Experience in stakeholder coordination and handling confidential matters professionally.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work independently.
Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or service industries will be preferred.
