Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and committed HR Manager to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of proven experience in HR management, with strong knowledge of HR processes, leadership, and HR compliances. You will play a key role in building a positive work culture, managing employee life cycles, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, and exit processes.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and organizational policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
• Design and execute performance management systems and appraisal processes.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and productive workplace.
• Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and compliance documentation.
• Support leadership in workforce planning, succession planning, and training needs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR professional in any organization.
• Strong understanding of HR management practices, labor laws, and HR compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
