HR Manager Legal (IMMEDIATE JOINER)

Manager – HR, Compliance & Government Incentives Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Manager to handle Compliance of Government Incentives, legal compliance, and full utilization of central/state government subsidies and export incentives. Key Responsibilities: Identify and apply for applicable schemes: PMFME, MoFPI, APEDA, MP Food Processing Policy, NABARD, CGTMSE, RoDTEP, etc. Prepare, submit, and follow up on grant proposals, DPRs, and subsidy claims Liaise with authorities: DIC, MoFPI, APEDA, NABARD, MP Invest, and relevant banks Track utilization certificates, disbursement timelines, and compliance audits Maintain accurate records of scheme applications, disbursements, and benefits availed Develop and implement employee onboarding, payroll, PF/ESIC, and statutory policies Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave management, and appraisal systems Oversee factory administration: insurance, hygiene audits, safety compliance Ensure timely renewals: FSSAI, Factory License, Fire NOC, Pollution NOC, Udyam MSME registration Maintain statutory registers and handle labor compliance as per the Factories Act Manage records and ensure alignment with GST, TDS, and company law regulations Key Skills & Competencies: Deep knowledge of central/state government schemes for MSMEs and exporters Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance filings, and HR policy frameworks Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken + written) Excellent documentation and liaisoning skills Proficient with online portals: MSME, APEDA, DIC, MoFPI, PMFME, Shram Suvidha, GST, etc. High integrity and commitment to timelines Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR, admin, or government compliance in manufacturing, agri, or food processing units Preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in availing MoFPI/APEDA/NABARD support Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Hr compliances: 5 years (Preferred) HR: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
