Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our Corporate Office in Thalayolaparambu. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR leadership and people management, with at least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
• Oversee the entire HR function, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, training & development, and compliance
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
• Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and employee grievances
• Drive HR initiatives to improve culture, retention, and productivity
• Prepare and manage HR budgets, reports, and metrics
• Collaborate with department heads to support workforce planning and development

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resource Management or a related discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 7 years of experience as an HR Manager or in a similar senior HR role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make strategic HR decisions
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools
